Wolf Technologies Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the Streaks habit-tracking app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using Streaks you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Account data — email address, name (optional), and a generated user ID. If you sign in with Apple, your email is the relay address Apple gives us unless you choose to share your real address.
• Habit data — the habits you create, their schedule, and your check-in history (date, time, optional note).
• Subscription data — the plan you have purchased and a reference to the Stripe customer ID or Apple original transaction ID. We do not store payment card details.
• Device and diagnostic data — basic crash logs and request metadata (timestamp, route, response status) used to diagnose problems. No advertising identifiers, no location data.

3. How we use it

• To run the Service — show your habits, calculate streaks, sync across your devices.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe and Apple App Store.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the Service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the eu-west-2 (London) region. Subscription processing is handled by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) and the Apple App Store (apple.com/legal/privacy).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account, all your habits, check-ins, and subscription records are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some accounting records (Stripe invoices) are retained by our payment processor as legally required.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. The fastest way to delete everything is the in-app Delete Account flow. For access or export requests, email us at privacy@wolftechnologies.co.uk.

7. Children

Streaks is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any updates here and bump the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be notified inside the app.
