This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a contract between you and Wolf Technologies Ltd ("we", "our", "us") for use of the Streaks habit-tracking app (the "Service"). Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Service or its content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use Streaks on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
Where offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, (b) use the Service to break the law, (c) interfere with the Service's operation, or (d) probe, scan, or test its security without written permission.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Wolf Technologies Ltd only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. In the event of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation. We are responsible for product claims, third-party intellectual property claims, and consumer protection compliance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
